We take great pride in the quality of work provided by our craftsmen. Every

polished chrome wheel is signed and date stamped on the inside barrel

during final inspection prior to delivery to our customers.

East Coast Chrome Inc warrants all wheel chrome polish surface finishing to be free

from defects in materials and workmanship for three years effective from the date of

purchase. In lieu of the original receipt, the final inspection date stamped on the

inside barrel is the effective date. If during this period the wheel’s polished finish

becomes deteriorated, discolored, pitted or blistered due to failure of the finishing

process or materials, the wheel will be re-plated free of charge.

The unpolished surface finish is not covered under this warranty. Deterioration or

damage due to impacts or accidents, or use of harsh cleaning chemicals or

abrasives, or from surface scratches or abrasions by contact with curbs or other

objects, or from exposure to roadway chemicals, or damage from tire mounting tools

or machines, or any other improper wheel installation is excluded. Warranty does

not cover shipping, removal or installation charges, loss of use charges or any other

direct or indirect charges or taxes.

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND

FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE

ABOVE PERIOD. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EAST COAST CHROME INC

SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES,

SUCH AS LOSS OF USE OF WHEEL OR VEHICLE ON WHICH IT IS USED,

INCONVENIENCE, OR COMMERCIAL LOSS. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW

LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, OR THE EXCLUSION

OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE

LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC

LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM

STATE TO STATE. THIS IS THE ONLY EXPRESS WARRANTY OF EAST COAST CHROME

INC AND SUPERCEDES THE TERMS OF ANY PREVIOUS WARRANTY. EAST COAST

CHROME INC NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANYONE TO ASSUME FOR IT

ANY OTHER WARRANTY.
