Two and three piece wheel disassembly and reassembly is $100 per wheel.
However due to design and specialty tools needed Asanti multi piece wheels will be $150 per wheel for disassembly and reassembly.
Need a matching chrome center cap ?
Most center caps are made of plastic as an inexpensive way to save weight. Unfortunately General Chrome only specializes in plating aluminum so we wont be able to chrome your plastic center cap. However we do offer new replacement chrome caps for most factory wheels and in most cases less than $20 per cap.
Factory and After Market Motorcycles
Motorcycle wheels start at $350 per wheel. All motorcycle wheels must have bearings and hubs removed before we receive the wheel. Motorcycle wheels are more expensive to have plated because both sides of the wheel must be polished.
Wheel Repair
A bent or cracked wheel will cause you to loose air from your tire, cause uneven wear on your tire, and ruin ride quality. If not fixed promptly these problems will only get worse to the point your wheel wont be fixable. Wheel straightening and welding starts at $100 per wheel depending on the amount of damage and the size of the wheel.
Warranty
General Chrome offers a 3 year warranty on all factory O.E.M. wheels. This warranty covers chipping, flaking, pealing, blistering, pitting, or any defect or blemish caused by plating. If a wheel that we plated starts to have an issue let us know immediately and we will cover the cost to re chrome that wheel.
